The home-school communication sessions of ASJ (Dongguan) Secondary Department are 3-way conferences involving homeroom teachers, parents and students, intending to focus on each student's learning and growth, enabling parents to receive the school's true assessment of their children and give their feedback, while the school and parents listen to students' voices and solve their practical problems through communication.

本次东莞ASJ中学部的家长会采用三方会谈形式，由班主任老师、家长以及学生共同参与，旨在切实关注每一位学生的学习成长，让家长能够得到学校对于学生个体的客观评价并提出自己的反馈，同时学校和家长也会聆听孩子的心声，在沟通中解决孩子的实际问题。

During the 3-way conferences, the homeroom teachers made individual appointments with each family and communicated effectively with the parents about the student's learning and performance. Some parents also discussed their children's learning in different subjects in detail with the specialist teachers so that the parents could have a deeper understanding of their children's learning levels.

在家长会期间，班主任老师单独约见每一个家庭，并将学生的学习情况和在校表现和家长进行了有效沟通，部分家长还深入地与学科老师探讨了孩子的具体学习表现，使家长们对孩子的在校情况有了更深入的了解。

The parents also shared with the teachers their confusion and experiences in family education, while the students openly talked about their feelings and problems that encountered in school life. The homeroom teachers, on the other hand, had in-depth communication with the parents and the students in response to the parents' questions and the students' feedback, so that the families could have a clearer goal for the students' development.

家长们也和老师们分享了自己在家庭教育中遇到的困惑和心得。学生们也勇敢地表达了自己在学校学习、生活、成长中的感受和体会。班主任老师则针对家长们的问题和学生们的反馈与家长和学生进行了深入的沟通和交流，使家庭更加明确学生的成长方向。

The home-school communication session was a great success, which not only gave parents a better understanding of the school's educational philosophy, but also allowed them to know more about their children's education in our school. At the same time, through 3-way conferences, communication between the school, parents and students can be closer and more direct, creating a harmonious communication atmosphere in the ASJ community.
