Physical activities help promote healthy physical growth and development through building healthier body composition, stronger bones and muscles as well as improving cardiovascular fitness.

Additionally, team sports and games are not only fun, but they help strengthen character, encourage inclusivity and appreciation for diversity, boost communication and team working abilities.
