In the world of gastronomy, the charm of culinary arts is indispensable. Recently, the students of ASJ (Dongguan) were given a rare opportunity to experience this enchanting realm, thanks to a fruitful partnership with the Swiss Education Group. This collaboration brought the esteemed 

Michelin Star Chef, Mr. Martin Rainbacher, to the ASJ (Dongguan) campus to lead a pastry workshop.

在美食界,烹饪艺术的魅力是不可或缺的。最近,得益于与瑞士教育集团的合作,东莞ASJ的学生们有幸体验了这一迷人的领域。此次合作邀请了备受尊敬的米其林星级大厨马丁·雷恩巴赫(Martin Rainbacher)先生来到ASJ校园,主持了一场面向学生的烘焙工作坊,这不仅是一节烹饪大师课,更是一次难得的体验。

The excitement was palpable among the Grade 7T students as they gathered for the Kaiserschmarrn workshop—a delectable Austrian treat that translates to "Emperor's Mess". Chef Rainbacher began the session with a demonstration that was as informative as it was mesmerising. He showcased the art of using kitchen utensils to transform simple ingredients into this beloved delicacy, which, captivated all the young culinary enthusiasts on site.

七年级T班的学生们兴奋地参加了这场Kaiserschmarrn(奥地利松饼)工作坊,他们脸上洋溢着兴奋的笑容。Kaiserschmarrn,这种美味的奥地利甜品,意为皇帝的松饼。工作坊以Rainbacher主厨的精彩演示拉开序幕,他展示了如何巧妙地使用厨具,将简单食材转化为一道深受喜爱的美食,这一过程深深吸引了所有在场的年轻烹饪爱好者。


As the chef deftly handled the ingredients, the students listened attentively, their curiosity piqued. The demonstration was followed by a hands-on experience where the students embarked on their own culinary adventure. From the careful cracking of eggs to the meticulous mixing of batter, and finally, the artful creation of the pancakes, each step was a new discovery.

随着主厨熟练地处理食材,学生们满怀好奇,全神贯注地聆听。示范结束后,学生们也开始了自己的烹饪之旅。从小心翼翼地敲开鸡蛋,到迅速搅拌面糊,再到巧妙地制作煎饼,每一步都充满了新的发现。


Under Chef Rainbacher's watchful eye and patient guidance, the students swiftly navigated the recipe and cooking skills. Each group set their creations on plates with pride, and their Kaiserschmarrn is a testament to their newfound skills.

Rainbacher主厨的细心指导下,学生们迅速掌握了食谱和烹饪技巧。最终,每个小组都成功制作出了美味的煎饼,并自豪地将自己的作品摆盘展示,彰显了他们新获得的技能。

This workshop was more than just a cooking lesson; it was a journey of discovery where they learned through action, and the sense of accomplishment was as sweet as the dessert they created. The students left the workshop not only with a taste of Austria but also with a newfound respect for the art of culinary. Once again, thank you, Chef Rainbacher, for this wonderful experience!
