We all have so much to be thankful for! 

我们皆拥有诸多值得感恩之事！

This week as it was Thanksgiving our students were reminded about the importance of gratitude and giving thanks. Students were encouraged to think about what they were thankful for and write it down as an exercise in reflection and gratitude. By focusing on gratitude, students continue to develop their emotional awareness and empathy - important components of their personal and social development.

在本周感恩节之际，我们的学生被提醒铭记感恩与表达谢意的重要性。学生们受到鼓舞去思考自身所感恩的内容，并将其写下，以此作为反思与感恩的练习。通过聚焦于感恩，学生们能够持续发展其情感认知与同理心——这是其个人及社会发展的重要组成部分。
