Foundation & Kindergarten 1

This week in Foundation and Kindergarten 1 class, the students used their critical thinking skills to choose a class pet. Each student shared ideas and mentioned pets like cats, dogs, fish, and even a dinosaur or lion. They talked about how each pet would fit in the classroom and how much care they needed. After comparing all the options, the class chose a small fish as their pet. This decision showed that they thought carefully and worked well together. Their discussion helped them learn how to compare choices and make a smart decision as a team.

Kindergarten 2

The Kindergarten 2 students had undertaken an action-based learning that nurtured their critical thinking abilities. They had seized the opportunity to pose queries about their own experiences of growing up as they progressed into the unit focused on the process of change.

Kindergarten 3

This week, K3 began their new unit by thinking about different things we, as living things, need to survive. After thinking about what living things need, the students did their own research in the playground, deciphering which things were living and which were non-living.
