In alignment with the IB's focus on student agency and servant leadership, we have successfully established a new framework of student leadership roles across the Primary School. 

秉承IB教育对学生能动性与服务型领导的重视，我校小学部已成功构建全新的学生领袖体系。

These roles, including Student Council representatives, Class Monitors, Hall Monitors, Library Leaders, and House Team Captains, were appointed through a democratic process of class elections, emphasising student voice and choice.

通过班级民主选举产生的学生干部包括：学生会代表、班长、走廊秩序员、图书馆领袖及学院队长——这一任命过程充分体现了对学生发言权和选择权的尊重。

These roles are designed to empower our learners to take meaningful action and actively contribute to the positive culture of our school community.

这些职位旨在赋能学生采取有意义的行动，积极推动校园文化的良性发展。

The Student Council act as the representative voice of the student body, collaborating to share ideas and plan initiatives that enhance our school. Their first meeting this week marked the beginning of their important work as communicators and caring leaders.

学生会将作为全体学生的代表声音，通过协作共议提出创新构想、策划校园改善方案。本周召开的首次会议标志着这些小沟通者们正式开启作为关怀型领导者的重要使命。

Class Monitors have stepped into their roles as helpful classroom heroes, demonstrating principled behaviour by assisting teachers and ensuring their learning environment is a positive and organised space for all.

班长以"班级守护者"的身份践行原则性行为，协助教师管理并确保学习环境始终保持积极有序的状态。

Hall Monitors will serve as role models around the school, promoting a safe and respectful environment in our common areas and embodying the IB Learner Profile attribute of being balanced and caring community members.

走廊秩序员将在校园公共区域担当行为楷模，维护安全讲礼貌的环境氛围，展现IB学习者培养目标中"全面发展"与"懂得关爱"的特质。

Library Leaders will take pride in caring for our vast collection of resources, helping to foster a love of reading and inquiry—a cornerstone of the IB programme.

图书馆领袖将以管理丰富藏书为荣，以培养同窗们的阅读热情与探究精神——这正是IB课程体系的基石所在。

House Captains are now tasked with uniting their teams, building international-mindedness through team spirit, and showcasing great sportsmanship during academic and co-curricular events.

学院队长肩负着凝聚团队的重任，将通过参加学术及课外活动培养团队精神国际视野，展现卓越的体育风尚。

This initiative provides authentic opportunities for students to develop and practise their approaches to learning (ATL) skills, including collaboration, organisation, and communication. We are excited to see how these young leaders will use their positions to inspire others and make a lasting, positive impact on our school. 

此举措为学生提供了发展与实践他们的学习方法（简称ATL）技能的真实机会，包括协作、组织与沟通能力。我们期待见证这些年轻领袖如何运用他们的职位激励他人，并为校园带来持久而积极的影响。

The appointments were formally announced in assembly this week, celebrating the students' initiative and willingness to take on responsibility. 

本周已在集会中正式宣布了各项任命，共同表彰学生们主动承担责任的积极态度与担当精神。
