探索《查理与巧克力工厂》中的规则与梦想

An enriching arts salon was held at ASJ (Dongguan) on 27 September. Co-organised by Dongguan Yulan Theatre and our school, the event featured Professor XIA Xueli, a renowned cultural and arts management expert from Taiwan, who delivered an engaging session titled “Following Rules, Being Liked”. Using Roald Dahl’s classic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as the central theme, Professor XIA guided students on a delightful and thought-provoking literary journey.

9月27日下午，一场别开生面的艺术沙龙在东莞暨大港澳子弟学校小剧场举行。东莞玉兰大剧院与我校携手，特邀中国台湾著名文化艺术管理专家夏学理教授，带来以《遵守规则，让人喜欢》为主题的精彩分享。夏教授以罗尔德·达尔的经典作品《查理与巧克力工厂》为主线，为同学们带来一段轻松有趣又富有启发性的阅读之旅。

Professor XIA approached the story from a reader’s perspective, vividly narrating Charlie’s extraordinary adventures in the chocolate factory. Like a skilled storyteller, he immersed students in the narrative, enabling them to connect with its themes of courage and dreams.

夏学理教授从读者们的视角出发，生动讲述查理在巧克力工厂中的奇妙经历。他如同一位亲切的故事引路人，带领学生沉浸于情节之中，感受勇气与梦想的力量。

During the session, Professor XIA not only recounted the tale but also incorporated a range of interactive activities. The warm-up game, “Finding the Chocolate Balloons”, sparked great enthusiasm among students. Through joyful participation, they came to understand that rules are not restrictions, but a foundation for fair and enjoyable interaction.

活动中，夏教授不仅娓娓道来故事情节，还设计了丰富的互动环节。"寻找巧克力气球"小游戏点燃了全场热情，学生们在欢笑中参与，也在过程中体会到：规则并非束缚，而是让游戏更有趣、让集体更有序的纽带。

Through storytelling and interaction, Professor XIA helped students perceive the warmth of “kindness” at the heart of the story. He guided them to realise that being well-liked stems not from wealth or luck, but from inner qualities such as kindness, honesty, and respect for rules.

通过故事与互动，夏教授引导学生感受故事中"善意"的温暖，理解真正的"被人喜欢"并不来自财富或运气，而是源于内心的善良、诚实，以及对规则的尊重。

The event provided not only a literary experience but also inspiration for personal growth. It allowed reluctant readers to discover the joy of stories, while avid readers enjoyed a deeper level of engagement. The session concluded in a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere, leaving students with an inspiring and memorable experience.

本次活动不仅是一场文学体验，更是一次心灵的启迪。它让不爱阅读的孩子发现故事的乐趣，也让热爱阅读的学生感受到深度参与的喜悦。活动在轻松愉快的氛围中结束，为同学们留下了一段充满启发的回忆。
