Recently, the Grade 8 students of ASJ (Dongguan) had the privilege of participating in the ‘Law run together’ legal education activity organised by the First Intermediate People’s Court of Dongguan and Dongguan Bureau of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs. 

近期,东莞暨大港澳子弟学校八年级同学有幸参加了由东莞市中级人民法院和东莞市台港澳事务局联合主办的“法润同心“法治教育活动。


Integrating with the Constitution and the Basic Law that the students were learning, it was a good chance for students to walk out the classroom and step into the society to get a real experience about the role of law in the textbook.

结合同学们正在学习的《宪法》与《基本法》,同学们走出教室,走进社会课堂,深刻感受了课本中的法律知识在现实生活中的重要作用。






New cognition: the work in the court

新认知:法院的设置和工作内容  



‘Standing tall and towering, the relationship with boats and water, and the foundation of people’s lives…’ Standing in front of a huge ceramic mural, students started their journey from the reception hall, litigation service centre, the CCP corridor with the docent. Finally, to the solemn courtroom.

“高山仰止,法理之间水乳交融,水舟之系,民生之本。”在巨幅的陶瓷壁画前,同学们跟着讲解的脚步,参观了接待大厅、诉讼服务中心、党史长廊,揭开了司法机关神秘的面纱。最后,踏进了庄重的审判庭。






New  feeling: into a real court trial

 新感受:走进真实庭审现场



‘Ms, is this a real case?’ Began with the announcement of the court discipline seriously and ended with curious questions, teachers and students  listened to the trial of the equity transfer dispute case together. While feeling the rigorous and solemn atmosphere of the trial, students also enhances the understanding of the judicial trial procedures in the Chinese mainland.

“老师,这是真实的案件吗?”在严肃的庭审纪律宣读中开始,在同学们给老师的提问中结束,师生共同走进庭审现场,旁听了关于股权转让纠纷的案件审理。感受庭审严谨、肃穆氛围的同时,也提高了对内地的司法审判程序的认识。






New experience: Transforming into a legal role and  finish the modal trial

新体验:化身法律角色,模拟法庭



Wearing uniforms and robes, striking the gavel, students experienced the role of the judge, the clerk, the plaintiffs and defendants…Immersing themselves in the trial. Based on a real disputes among students, the students interpreted the dispute cases of ‘Right to life, right to health and  right to the body’, which can highly playback the court trail. It was deepening the understanding of mainland legal systems by interact with the judges in the Q&A sessions.

穿上制服、法袍,敲响法槌,同学们化身法官、书记员、原被告……沉浸式体验了庭审流程。以校园为背景,真实的学生纠纷为原型,同学们演绎了对“生命权、健康权、身体权”的纠纷案件,高度还原了庭审场景。并在结束后,与法官们进行互动问答,加深了对内地法律知识的理解。







The Constitution in the books has become the concrete words on the wall, and the obscure legal articles have become the defence for rights. In the activities, most of the students took notes and observed carefully. Back to school, everyone jointly designs the pictures for the Rednote. The records of the responsibilities of the court, the process of the trial and the stories of the modal trial will be like the spark of the fire, influencing more people to know about the legal systems in social media. It’s a great practice to cultivate the students’ sense of civic responsibility. 

课本上的《宪法》变成墙上的“文字”,晦涩的法律条文成为捍卫权利的保障,活动现场,同学们带着问题,认真记录,活动结束后,大家共同制作了“小红书”推文图片,将法院的职能、庭审的流程和在模拟法庭中的故事、感悟变成自媒体传播的形式,让法治的火种踏着信息技术的平台,点燃更多人,培养学生的公民责任意识。




Facing future, they will be global citizens who know, respect and obey the law.

相信本次活动也能在同学们心中播下法治的种子,面对未来,成为懂法、敬法、守法的世界公民。
