Safeguarding Campus Food Safety Together
共筑校园食品安全防线

To effectively strengthen the refined management of the school canteen, comprehensively improve dietary quality, and build a solid health barrier for students and faculty, ASJ (Dongguan) held the 2025 Autumn Dietary Committee Meeting on the afternoon of November 20, 2025. Focusing on “Food Safety Traceability + Campus Canteen Management,” the event featured on-site visits, a formal meeting, canteen inspections, and a dining experience. These activities aimed to comprehensively showcase the school’s dietary management efforts and co-create a safe and healthy campus dining environment.
为切实强化学校食堂精细化管理,全面提升学校膳食品质,筑牢师生饮食健康屏障,东莞暨大港澳子弟学校于2025年11月20日下午召开了2025年秋季膳食委员会会议。本次会议聚焦“食品安全溯源+校园食堂管理”,通过实地参观、现场会议、食堂检查及亲身体验等环节,全方位展示学校膳食管理工作,共建安全、健康的校园饮食环境。

Before the official meeting began, committee members traveled together to the Cai Guan Jia Fresh Vegetable Processing Factory. Through the observation windows, members witnessed vegetables undergoing multiple cleaning procedures, staff performing standardized sorting operations, and the modernized packaging process. They expressed their strong approval of the factor’s strict quality controls. One parent committee member remarked, “Seeing the entire food processing workflow with my own eyes makes me feel much more reassured about the source of the school’s ingredients.”
会议开始前,委员们统一乘车前往菜莞家净菜工厂进行参观。透过参观通道的玻璃窗,委员们看到蔬菜经过多道清洗程序、工作人员规范分拣操作,以及现代化的包装流程,纷纷对净菜工厂严格的质量管控表示认可。有家长委员表示:“亲眼看到食材处理的全过程,对学校食材来源更加放心了。”



Following the visit, members returned to the school for the on-site meeting. The session began with Ms Penny, the Principal of Student Discipline and Guidance, explaining the Dietary Committee Management Regulations. She clarified the rights, responsibilities, and workflows of the members, ensuring that all subsequent supervision and suggestions would follow standardized operations. Principal Penny then presented appointment letters to members of the Dietary Committee and the Campus Dietary Supervision Parents’ Committee, emphasizing that this appointment is not just a formal confirmation of identity, but the entrustment of a significant responsibility and mission.
参观结束后,委员们返回学校参加现场会议。会议伊始,由德育校长彭欣光对《膳食委员会管理办法》进行了说明,明确了委员们的权利、责任与工作流程,确保了后续所有监督与建议工作能够有章可循、规范运作。接下来,彭欣光校长为膳食委员会委员和校园膳食监督家长委员会委员颁发聘书。彭校长表示,这不仅是对委员们身份的正式确认,更是一份责任的授予与使命的寄托。

Subsequently, Canteen Manager Su Xiaolun gave a detailed introduction regarding the daily operations, safety controls, and standard operating procedures of the school canteen. Nutrition and Health Administrator Nie Yiling then provided a scientific nutritional analysis of the school’s weekly menu from a professional perspective. In the final discussion session, members spoke freely on topics such as the ingredient supply chain, menu variety, and flavor optimization. The exchange gathered wisdom from all parties, providing specific and feasible directions for future improvements in dietary work.
随后,食堂经理苏晓伦就学校食堂的日常运营、安全管控及操作流程作了详细介绍。营养健康管理员聂伊灵则从专业角度出发,对学校每周食谱进行了科学的营养分析。在最后的交流讨论环节,委员们就食材供应链、菜品种类、口味优化等议题畅所欲言,汇聚各方智慧,为后续膳食工作的改进提供了具体、可行的方向。



After the meeting, accompanied by the canteen manager, committee members conducted an inspection of the school canteen. They inspected storage conditions in the grain and oil warehouse, observed the chefs’ actual cooking processes, and reviewed the specific standards and procedures for tableware sterilization. The canteen’s bright, clean environment and standardized, orderly management left a deep impression on the committee members.
会议结束后,在食堂经理的陪同下,委员们走进学校食堂,查看了粮油调料仓库的物资存放情况,观察了厨师们的实际操作流程,了解了餐具消毒的具体标准和程序。食堂明亮整洁的环境、规范有序的管理流程给委员们留下了深刻印象。




The event concluded with committee members dining alongside teachers and students to personally experience the quality of school meals. Members carefully tasted the day’s dishes, evaluating them based on flavor, nutritional balance, and freshness. They also engaged in warm exchanges with teachers and students at their tables, collecting authentic feedback on the canteen meals.
活动的最后环节,委员们与师生同桌用餐,亲身体验学校的膳食品质。委员们仔细品尝了当日餐食,从口味、营养搭配、食材新鲜度等方面进行综合评价,并与同桌师生亲切交流,收集大家对食堂饭菜的真实意见。

Through this comprehensive experience and exchange, the Dietary Committee meeting not only enhanced the transparency of the school’s dietary management but also built an effective platform for home-school communication. ASJ (Dongguan) remains committed to seriously studying the suggestions proposed by the committee members and continuously optimizing campus dietary work. We strive to provide safer, healthier, and more delicious meals, working together to guard the “safety and health on the tip of the tongue” for all our students.
本次膳食委员会会议通过全方位的体验与交流,不仅增强了学校膳食管理工作的透明度,也搭建了家校沟通的有效平台。东莞暨大港澳子弟学校将认真研究委员们提出的意见建议,持续优化校园膳食工作,为师生提供更加安全、健康、美味的餐食,共同守护学生们“舌尖上的安全与健康”。
