3-Way Conference 三方会谈：

关于HKDSE的家校之约，共话孩子未来

As the first semester reaches its midpoint, the Senior Secondary Department recently held a distinctive, targeted 3-way conference that revolutionized the traditional mode of home-school communication. Unlike the one-way information delivery of regular parent meetings, this Parent Day event centered on the core principles of "tripartite alignment of parents, school and students, empowerment with professional resources, and precise planning of HKDSE pathways", leaving attending parents thoroughly impressed. They exclaimed, "We never expected that children could participate throughout the conference, and that we could receive such detailed personalized guidance!"

随着第一学期來到中段，近日高中部以一场 “别开生面、直击痛点” 的三方会谈，颠覆了传统家校沟通模式。不同于常规家长会的单向输出，本次家长日活动以 “家校生三方同频、遵理资源赋能、精准规划 HKDSE 路径” 为核心，让到场家长直呼 “震撼”——“没想到家长会能让孩子全程参与，还能得到这么细致的个性化指导！

This 3-way conference is a vivid practice of putting this philosophy into action. At the event, Mr. Joe ZHOU (Principal of Senior Secondary Department), and Mr. Samuel KAM (Executive Principal), Dr. June LEUEG (Honorary Board member, Chairman of Beacon Group), Mr. Edwin CHOI (Honorary Board member, Deputy CEO of Beacon Group), participated collectively, engaging in face-to-face communications with parents and students to build consensus on joint education.     

本次三方会谈正是理念落地的生动实践。家长日现场，周昱东校长（高中部校长）、金礼贤校长（执行校长）、梁贺琪博士（荣誉校董、遵理集团主席）、蔡诚伟先生（荣誉校董、遵理集团副行政总裁）共同参与，与家校生面对面交流，凝聚共育共识。

孩子全程参与，沟通更有温度

Breaking the tradition of "parents attending alone": Parents and their children participate together, standing side by side throughout the entire meeting with the subject teachers:

 • Parents and students met their homeroom teacher together to receive their academic reports. The homeroom teacher simultaneously conducts a "comprehensive academic performance analysis + growth planning suggestions", helping students clearly understand their strengths and weaknesses; 

• Parents and students will then visit teachers of various subjects together one by one for in-depth one-on-one communication on subject-specific issues. Teachers provide targeted exam preparation plans, students gave their feedback and thoughts on-site, and parents gain real-time insights, forming a closed-loop tripartite linkage between "home, school, and students".

打破 “家长单独参会” 传统：家长与孩子共同到场，全程并肩参与沟通：

• 家长与学生一同会见班主任，领取个性化成绩报告，班主任同步开展 “学情整体分析 + 成长规划建议”，让孩子清晰自身优势与不足；

• 家长与学生共同一走访各学科任课老师，一对一深入沟通学科问题，老师针对性给出备考方案，孩子现场提问、家长实时了解，形成 “家校生” 三方联动闭环。

Empowering students' growth through diversified pathways, and customizing comprehensive further study plans for HKDSE learners：

 •  On-site Guidance Team: Provide in-depth interpretation of multiplepathways for applying to universities in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland and overseas with HKDSE scores, and share university collaboration resources as well as application strategies.

 •  School Principal's Nominations: Covering nomination quotas for a number of prestigious universities in both Hong Kong and the mainland, and helping students secure places at top-tier institutions in advance.

Education is never a solo endeavor, but a joint journey forged by the concerted efforts of both families and the school. This 3-way  conference has enabled parents to gain a clearer understanding of their children’s HKDSE learning progress and further education directions, while also allowing the school to better grasp parents’ expectations.
